What’s particularly great about being along the Midtown Direct line is that we can be in NYC within 30 minutes and at the Jersey Shore in 40. We have bike rides around the Great Swamp, tennis on grass courts, quality restaurants, amazing antiquing, great shopping, and the kicker is we’re 14 minutes from Newark Airport.
If you’re looking for a place that will give you a fulfilling life, consider Essex, Morris and Union counties. Your family will be forever grateful.

About Perri
Perri K. Feldman is a Sales Associate with Keller Williams Realty in Short Hills and Summit, New Jersey, where she has worked for over twenty years. Her marketing background, negotiating skills and knowledge of the local market have made her a top performer in communities along and adjacent to the Midtown Direct train line into New York City, including South Orange, Maplewood, Millburn and Short Hills, Summit, Chatham, Madison, Livingston, West Orange, Roseland, Montclair, Glen Ridge, New Providence, Westfield, Mountainside, Springfield, Scotch Plains and Cranford.
She has closed more than 200 transactions across 24 New Jersey communities.

As a lifelong New Jersey resident, Perri brings personal knowledge of the community to her clients. Her family has lived in the area for over a hundred years. She was in one of the first classes at Short Hills’ Deerfield School and attended Millburn High School, as did both her children. Her husband graduated from Livingston High School.

Perri has been recognized nationally by Keller Williams, locally by the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and by New Jersey Monthly (in partnership with Crescendo Business Services) as a Five Star Real Estate Agent℠ from 2011 to 2026, representing the top 2% of New Jersey Realtors.
As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), she is among fewer than 2% of the roughly one million licensed real estate associates nationally to hold the designation, which requires extensive training focused on buyers, a written examination, and a required number of closed transactions.
Her e-PRO® Certified Internet Professional designation, awarded by the National Association of Realtors, recognizes her as a leader in online real estate practice. Roughly 8,500 Realtors nationwide hold it, about 1.5% of the profession.

Closer to home
Perri lives in Short Hills with her husband Paul of thirty-seven years, a dentist in West Orange. Their daughter Michelle is a psychologist in San Francisco, and their son Daniel is an interventional cardiology fellow at Columbia in New York City.
